IBM BPM Developer Consultant

Our client is looking for an IBM BPM Developer Consultant to join a project with a Qatar client based on the following criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of future business designs and define goals, metrics, BPM solution requirements, and organizational setup for major projects.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and System Architects (SAs) to gather business requirements and follow Agile development processes.
• Work closely with testers to analyze defects, resolve issues, and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with architects and team leads to design and implement technical solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in integration technologies (SOAP, REST) for developing and consuming web services.
• Create toolkits for use across different BPM process applications.
• Implement robust error handling mechanisms and callback services.
• Manage task prioritization and implement Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks.
• Develop and implement email notification systems for task reminders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in business process management (BPM) and systems integration.
• Strong proficiency in SOAP, REST, and web service development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
