Job Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans tailored to the specific needs of each job position, ensuring the attraction and selection of highly qualified candidates.
  • Conduct communication activities, including job postings, networking, and outreach, to attract potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
  • Manage employees' labor contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor contract deadlines and terms for each position, initiating contract renewals or terminations as required.
  • Responsible for handling all insurance-related matters, including enrollment, claims, and periodic reporting.
  • Collaborate with labor outsourcing companies to manage temporary workforce needs and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Monitor and report HR-related issues, such as overtime, attendance, and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a large apparel company is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle employee relations matters with sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in English or Korean
