Requirements:

• Over 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1), with fluent and logical communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in the development processes for both applications and web services.
• Proven ability to handle tasks in challenging environments.
• Skilled in using Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and experience in app and web service development.
• Possesses problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Experienced in collaborating with Japanese clients.
• Background in training junior team members.
