Job Description:

• In charge of the work related to the recruitment of workers and staffs.
• To perform timekeeping, shifts working, and register monthly overtime.
• To enter information personal on HR software and store records and employment contracts.
• To train new employees on company regulations and policies.
• Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary

Requirements:

• Female, from 22~25 years old.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human resources major or related major
• Having experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or related and internal event,...
• Good at communication and report in English
• Good at the office computer, excel, math.
• Be careful and timely at work.
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
• Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.

• Working location: Long Duc Industrial Park
• Working days: Monday-Friday and 1-2 Saturdays/months (7:45 am - 4:30 pm, 45' lunch break)
• Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria)
• 13-Month salary + bonus 2 times per year.
