Job Description
- In charge of whole recruitment process for Vietnamese vacancies, i.e. job post, resume screening, interview, job offer
- Deliver employee orientation
- Execute key HR processes, i.e. onboarding, exit management, for Vietnamese employees.
- Serve as a main point of contact and manage the relationships with line/operation leaders
- Resolve any escalated employee issues and risks
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor Diploma of Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Human Resource-related courses
- Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft-platform applications
- Team player, interpersonal skills, people-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Good English skills
- Flexible and is able to multi-task
- Professional working attitude
