Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Maintain benefits program/company policies, Administer health and life insurance programs.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
  • Communication with internal and external HR teams.
  • Organizational tasks within the HR team.
  • Monitor budgets.
  • Able to work as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist when necessary.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Having at least 6 years of experience in HR General within 3 years as Leader level.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Good at skills of communication, negotiation, presentation.
  • Using English in communication.
  • Japanese is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor law.
  • Have high responsibility in work, willing to arrange time to complete the work as required.
