We are excited to announce that we are looking for a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City!
The Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews and managing the hiring process. You will play a key role in building our team and ensuring we find the best people to drive our company's success.
Responsibilities:
• Source and attract qualified candidates for all open positions.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews.
• Evaluate resumes and applications.
• Manage the recruitment process efficiently, including scheduling interviews and offer negotiations.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a positive first experience.
• Stay up-to-date on employment trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in Vietnamese (written and spoken) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
