Head Of Investment & Finance (Pharmaceutical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise the Board of Directors and CEO on investment and financial strategies:
• Analyze the company's financial situation and develop suitable financial strategies.
• Evaluate industry performance and propose effective investment/divestment plans.
• Analyze financial data of the company and subsidiaries to recommend appropriate decisions.
• Build financial and business plans, including mid- and long-term financial strategies.
• Manage investment and financial activities of the company and subsidiaries:
• Implement and control approved financial and investment plans.
• Propose effective capital usage for business and investment activities.
• Develop financial tools and capital mobilization strategies.
• Financial governance and decision-making support:
• Lead the preparation of annual financial plans aligned with business strategies.
• Evaluate financial efficiency of contracts, investments, and projects.
• Manage the Investment Planning Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 5 years in financial and investment management.
• Certifications: CFA (completed 3 levels), CFO training certification, CPA or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial analysis, investment management, and English proficiency.
• Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
