The Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of gaming and gambling products, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. This role involves working closely with product, development, and operations teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the gaming or gambling industry, excellent project management skills, and a track record of successfully delivering complex products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Project Delivery: Oversee the full product delivery lifecycle, ensuring products are delivered according to timeline, budget, and scope.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between development teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks as necessary to ensure smooth delivery.
• Agile Project Management: Apply Agile methodologies to manage development cycles, lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams to ensure they meet project objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements specific to the gaming or gambling industry.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or product delivery roles, preferably within the gaming or gambling industry.
• Proven experience in leading the delivery of complex projects in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the gaming/gambling industry's regulatory and compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and delivery optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with gaming or gambling platforms, products, or technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications).
