[HCM] Procurement Intern

I. Main Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluate potential suppliers

- Request quotes and compare offers

- Maintain good relationships with suppliers

- Negotiate terms and prices

- Track orders and ensure timely delivery

- Prepare shipping contracts and support administrative tasks

- Handle invoices and payment processes

- Inspect products and supplies for quality

- Enter order details into the internal database

- Attend trade shows to stay updated on industry trends

II. Requirements:

- Final year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration,

International Business or related fields

- Have passion in the service, F&B, retail or related fields

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel)

- Have basic knowledge of relevant legal regulations

- Meticulous, careful and detailed, good communication skills

- Full-time internship from 3 - 6 months

- Location: 87A Ham Nghi, District 1

- Working time: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6P
