Job Description

  • Design and deploy automation workflows for a large email subscriber base. Set up new user onboarding, reactivation campaigns, retention journeys, and complex list segmentation. You will handle the copywriting, run A/B tests, and track cohort metrics.
  • Establish a systematic testing process (optimizing subject lines, promo deals, UI layouts, and messaging hooks) using strict quantitative tracking. Decisions should be backed by hard data rather than gut feelings.
  • Lead optimization efforts across product pages, pricing tiers, checkout flows (via Whop), free-to-paid conversions, and upgrade paths for the Core-to-Whale Circle. You will conduct deep funnel analysis and roll out enhancements on a weekly basis.
  • Utilize our highly active social platforms (including our current Discord transition) and proprietary networks to build cost-effective user acquisition and organic referral loops.
  • Work in tandem with the product team. Pinpoint and push for key performance indicators and UX enhancements that boost user activation and long-term retention. Focus heavily on practical data needs for active traders instead of just visual changes.


Requirements:


  • Crisp, straightforward, peer-to-peer trader communication. Your writing reflects the authority of an industry veteran, strictly staying away from standard marketing fluff and buzzwords.
  • Proven history of optimizing growth funnels effectively. You possess prior experience taking ownership of core metrics, with visible successes in boosting conversion rates (CVR), increasing customer lifetime value (LTV), optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lowering churn rates.
  • Demonstrated background in trading digital assets. You are able to interpret an alt-season index or a correlation matrix and instantly understand which target groups value it and the reasons behind it. Authentic domain expertise is a must-have to build trust with our user base.
  • Deep knowledge of lifecycle automation, dynamic behavioral segmentation, and inbox deliverability management. You must be able to craft compelling, trustworthy copy that resonates with highly knowledgeable and skeptical crypto audiences.
  • Highly independent in handling data. You are adept at utilizing modern product analytics tools, analyzing cohort matrices, and preferably writing SQL queries to guide strategic decisions without needing technical support.
  • Past involvement with SaaS packaging and pricing strategies, community-led growth (CLG) models, creator economy platforms (like Whop), or overseeing paid media spend in the crypto space.


During your first quarter, we will define your success through these key operational and strategic deliverables

  • Build and deploy a fully instrumented end-to-end conversion funnel, connecting email interactions, landing page behavior, and paid subscription checkout flows into a unified tracking system.
  • Launch a structured, large-scale re-engagement initiative targeting the existing subscriber base, accompanied by cohort-based performance analysis and reporting.
  • Develop a growth-oriented backlog of product improvements and dashboard enhancements, ranked according to their expected impact on user activation and retention metrics.
  • Establish and validate baseline metrics for key business indicators, including visitor-to-trial conversion rates, trial-to-paid conversion performance, Core-to-Whale upgrade velocity, monthly churn rate, and overall LTV to CAC ratio.
