Job Description
Manage 20 - 40 employees.
According to the sales plan made by the company headquarters, take charge of the sales work in Vietnam.
Master the market dynamics and development trend of Vietnam, and put forward specific regional marketing plan and specific marketing workflow and details according to the market changes.
Responsible for the management of Lucent and other representative factories in Vietnam, establishing long-term and stable cooperation with major representative factories in Vietnam, and developing a blank market in Vietnam.
Responsible for the internal coordination and process guidance in the process of mass production of equipment on behalf of the factory, and coordinated resources to deal with on-site problems.
Be responsible for the management of local employees in Vietnam, including but not limited to employee training, performance appraisal, supervision and inspection.
Responsible for the coordination and handling of various emergencies in Vietnam.
Obey the company's arrangement and pay attention to teamwork spirit.
College degree or above, within 40 weeks, proficient in English and simple Chinese;
At least 5 years working experience in sales or project management, experience in automation industry is needed
Familiar with the industry information and policy of the country, with a certain network
Have good pioneering spirit and market insight, keen information recognition ability, be able to research and analyze the market demand and customer positioning of products, competitive product analysis, product suggestions and price prediction
Have excellent marketing planning ability, channel development ability, team spirit
