Job Description
- Review all payment documents by cash and wire transfer.
- Control all expense and revenue transactions as well as a cash flow.
- Prepare quarterly tax reports (VAT, CIT, FCT) and assist in PIT.
- Ensure tax compliance.
- Complete monthly statistical reports and another report to DPI, and state bank.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and other management reports as requested.
- Prepare the consolidated financial statements as the group required.
- Organize, coordinate, and complete year-end audits.
- Assist in forecasts and preparation of the business plan.
- Liaise with Banks, Tax Authorities, auditors, and other related parties.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the leader and CEO.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
- Educational background: Bachelor in Accounting, Finance.
- Thorough knowledge of Vietnam accounting principles, standards, and the prevailing tax regulations.
- Familiar with MS office, excel is a plus.
- Familiar with communicating and handling accounting documents in English.
- Honest, careful, eager to learn, well-organized, and high sense of responsibility in work
- Possess Chief Accountant Certificate is a must.
