• Conceptualize, design detailed scenarios for mobile games: features, content, game play…
• Build levels, evaluate, analyze, balance the game to create the best experience for users 
• Collaborate with Dev and Artist to develop and finalize ideas for the game
• Analyze game metrix, evaluate, optimize according to the chart to make appropriate adjustments
• Bug testing in game before game is released in production
• Build game story (if any)
• Market research for new game ideas and trends of mobile games

Qualifications

• Having experience in Game Designer and Game Operation 
• Passionate and understand games in a wide variety of genres on mobile game
• Having general knowledge of Game market as well as grasp the needs and aspirations of Game Players 
• Be creative at gaming ideas and working solutions. 
• Game logic thinking
• Understanding of game KPI
• Ability to evaluate, analyze strengths and weaknesses of any games. Then come up with solutions to overcome weaknesses and develop strengths of that game 
• Follow up the project to manage and ensure project to be on schedule and with quality assurance 
• Good at communication, clear and understandable presentation, and teamwork 
• Requiring Personal laptop 
• Basic English communication
