Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript/React.js/NestJS)–N2

Responsibilities

• Join the R&D team and participate in product development following Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Work on web development projects using technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS/VueJS, Next.js, NestJS, and REST APIs.
• Communicate directly with Japanese clients to review specifications, align requirements, and clarify details during the development process.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze, build, improve, and optimize system features.

Requirements

Must have

• Around 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development, proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong system optimization mindset, able to improve performance, refactor code, and apply appropriate Design Patterns in real projects.
• Solid understanding of APIs, with the ability to design, develop, and operate APIs effectively.
• Japanese proficiency N2 or higher, with good communication skills

Nice to have

• Strong background in system analysis & design, with experience in system architecture design and technical solution evaluation
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and NestJS in real-world projects.
• Proficient in using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Harness AI, etc. Candidates who can build AI-integrated workflows to improve development productivity are highly preferred.
