Project Overview

Our client from Romania is initiating a software development project that requires integration of advanced geospatial technologies. The solution will involve building robust front-end and back-end features using Node.js, Neat.js, and Vue.js, with integration of ArcGIS (Esri) to support geospatial data handling, mapping operations, positioning, and geographic analysis functionalities.

The client is currently in the planning and resource evaluation phase, and is looking to onboard experienced Fullstack Developers with strong backgrounds in GIS technologies to join the project full-time.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Node.js, Neat.js, and Vue.js.
• Integrate ArcGIS APIs to manage and analyze geospatial data.
• Collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams across different time zones (Romania standard time).
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions to ensure the scalability and performance of the system.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with international stakeholders via written and verbal English.

Experience & Skills:

• 5–6 years of software development experience.
• Proven expertise in Node.js, Neat.js, and Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience in GIS technologies, especially ArcGIS (Esri) integration.
• Prior involvement in GIS-related projects is a strong plus.
• Experience working in distributed/remote teams is highly desirable.
• Ability to align working hours with Romania (GMT+2; approx. 5-hour difference from Vietnam).
