Job Description
1. Planning & Forecasting
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Assist in scenario analysis and revenue/cost forecasting.
2. Business Performance Analysis
• Monitor business performance against budget and forecast.
• Analyze key variances, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular management reports and performance dashboards.
3. Financial Reporting
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist in preparing presentations and analysis for management reviews.
4. Business Partnering
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational performance and financial impacts.
• Support pricing, cost management, and profitability analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support business initiatives and projects.
5. Process Improvement
• Contribute to improving planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
• Support data automation and reporting enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• From 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analyst, or related roles...
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, financial analysis).
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or BI tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Good English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
