Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production Control members. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the timely delivery of our high-quality footwear products while managing logistics operations efficiently. You will collaborate with the internal cross-functional teams and the external stakeholders to monitor production schedules, track shipments, and optimize supply chain processes to meet our customers' expectations.

Job Description

• Oversee the planning and coordination of production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of footwear products, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and market demand.
• Collaborate with the Head of Production to forecast and manage the resources necessary for production, including labor, equipment, and raw materials.
• Collaborate with product development, design, material and quality control teams to address any delivery or logistics challenges that may impact production schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shoe factories, suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
• Analyze shipment data and logistics trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status and logistics performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production merchandising or order management in the footwear/garment/logistics industry.
• Experience working with multinational companies or understanding of headquarters-subsidiary dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strategic thinking ability to connect operational activities with broader business objectives
• Business level fluency in English is required. Additional proficiency of Japanese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and data analysis tools.

• During the trial period (60 days): 85% of basic salary
• Language allowance, transportation allowance, position allowance
• Commuting/parking expenses, business trip expenses are paid separately.
• Salary raise once a year (April) based on the company’s wage table and performance evaluation.
• 13th-month salary (gross) is guaranteed.
• Performance bonus is paid depending on the annual business results of the head quarter.
