About the Role
We are a growing food startup with ready production capacity and are hiring our first B2B sales specialist. This role is focused on opening new accounts quickly, delivering revenue, and growing repeat orders over time for fresh and frozen cannelés.
You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing first orders and developing long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Account Development
- Actively find and open B2B customers: restaurants, cafés, hotels, and HORECA groups
- Use cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and personal network
- Build and manage a realistic sales pipeline
2. Sales Outreach & Meetings
- Contact decision-makers: owners, chefs, F&B managers, purchasing managers
- Present product benefits, pricing, storage, delivery, and ordering process
- Conduct in-person and online sales meetings
3. Closing & Revenue Delivery
- Negotiate and close first orders independently
- Ensure smooth first delivery experience
- Drive repeat orders and account growth
Target Customers
- Hotels: restaurant, buffet, welcome gifts
- Restaurants: menu, events, catering
- Cafés: dessert, combo
- HORECA chains and groups
Working Area
- Main focus: Ho Chi Minh City
- Expansion: Hanoi, Da Nang, nationwide Vietnam
Strong Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in foodservice, hospitality, or F&B
- Ability to open accounts independently without heavy support
- Existing relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, or HORECA buyers is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with cold calling, walk-ins, and field sales
- English communication at working level
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with urgency and targets
