• Tokenomics Design & Analysis:
• Enhance and explore token economic frameworks by integrating mechanisms like staking, burning, and utility functions.
• Perform quantitative assessments of token distribution, vesting timelines, and emission strategies.
• Develop models to analyze token velocity, circulation, and mechanisms for price stability.
• Study and evaluate successful token models in the market to inform competitive strategies.
• Prepare detailed documentation and deliver presentations to communicate tokenomics designs to stakeholders.
• Financial Modeling and Token Treasury Management:
• Build robust financial models that incorporate traditional financial metrics alongside crypto-specific KPIs.
• Develop revenue forecasts and cash flow analyses for diverse business scenarios.
• Model the impact of token utility mechanisms on overall project economics.
• Assess market trends and their influence on token performance.
• Produce regular reports detailing financial outcomes and token metrics.
• Fundraising Support:
• Assist with due diligence processes for potential investors.
• Establish and manage systems to track fundraising efforts.
• Identify and research potential strategic investors and partners to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial modeling or analysis.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and token economics.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with web3 projects or blockchain protocols.
• Familiarity with DeFi mechanics and tokenomics frameworks.
• Understanding of smart contracts, their functionality, and limitations.
• Previous involvement in venture capital or startup fundraising activities.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and blockchain analytics platforms.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Experience with token economic modeling tools.
• Basic knowledge of smart contracts and their functionality.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms (e.g., Dune, Token Terminal).
• Competence in using data visualization tools.
