I. Job Description

• Advise and provide legal consultation to the Board of Directors on legal matters related to the company’s business activities.
• Review, draft, and provide legal opinions on transactions, contracts, and agreements with partners, clients, and third parties.
• Participate in negotiations and legal discussions with partners.
• Conduct legal assessments and provide counsel on developing company policies, operational regulations, and product development.
• Provide legal advice and prepare legal documentation for complaints, lawsuits, and dispute resolutions; respond to and provide documents as required by regulatory authorities; represent the company in litigation and dispute resolution to protect its legal rights and interests.
• Manage and coordinate the workload of the legal team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

II. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• At least 7 years of experience as a legal consultant/lawyer or in an in-house legal role at a company with at least 300 employees.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Preferably experienced in the insurance industry, especially in handling insurance-related disputes.

IV. Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM).

Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
