• Conduct routine inspections of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Document inspection and maintenance activities, including detailed reports on equipment status and any required corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment downtime is minimized and production targets are met.
• Maintain a high level of safety awareness, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese language, including speaking, reading, and writing (to the extent possible).
• Degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Automation, or a related field.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment, potentially involving 24x7 shifts.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and industrial processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently or in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with colleagues and production teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and automation systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
