Job Description

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Handling

  • Receive and clarify requirements from clients
  • Analyze business processes, identify problems, and suggest solutions
  • Prepare documents such as BRD, FRD, wireframes, and flowcharts
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions are feasible and meet business goals

2. Consulting & Presales

  • Work with Sales team to prepare proposals, solution designs, and presentations
  • Estimate workload and prepare initial cost estimation
  • Join client meetings to present and explain solutions
  • Keep updated on technology trends to suggest suitable solutions

3. Internal Coordination & Project Support

  • Support the development team from project start and during the project
  • Act as a bridge between clients and technical team
  • Review documents and technical plans to ensure clear scope and requirements

4. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Support Sales team in finding and evaluating potential clients
  • Join marketing activities, events, or exhibitions in Japan (if required)

5. Reporting & Improvement

  • Report work progress and results to managers
  • Collect client feedback and suggest improvements for better service quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields
  • Japanese level N1, fluent communication (prefer candidates living in Japan and understanding business culture)
  • Experience in B2B Sales, especially working with Japanese clients
  • Ability to build and manage a client network
  • Good relationship-building and customer care skills
  • Ability to prepare proposals and quotations
  • Good planning and execution skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Quick thinking and a creative mindset

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT Outsourcing or BPO market for Japanese clients
