As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, and brand. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, social media,
email, content, display advertising, etc.).
• Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring high levels of engagement and brand
consistency.
• Optimize content for websites and social platforms to increase visibility and improve conversion
rates.
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure the company
remains competitive.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with
business goals.
• Manage budgets for paid advertising and ensure efficient spending.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms:
o Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
o Social Media Ads (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram).
• Strong understanding of web analytics and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and conversion rate optimization.
