Job Description
Growth Lead plans and executes growth marketing and conversion optimization initiatives, to acquire new customers and drive revenue. Relevant tasks include:
- Develop product-led growth strategy for our ed-tech platforms
- Build and optimize marketing funnels (traffic, subscriptions and conversions).
- Plan and execute ads & content-driven email marketing campaigns
- Research and acquire affiliate partnerships to generate additional revenue.
- Adaptability, openness mindset and experience in A/B testing in start-up environment is a must
- Familiarity with Marketing Tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Mailchimp)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant skills/tasks, with demonstrable results
- Comfortable communicating in written English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
