1. CRM & DATA
- Build CRM & Data Platform and maximize/ optimize its usage, to ensue it works seamlessly to serve customer recruitment, retention and loyalty on both offline and online channels.
- Develop and execute Customer Journey Mapping and touch points analysing on offline and online channels to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Create & execute CRM programs (schemes, value exchanges, data segmentation) to engage consumer to build users base and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Manage the business’s day-to-day customer engagement & data.
- Supervise and maintain the installation, configuration and support of the CRM platform and work closely with external CRM & Data agencies to analyze and resolve any issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform analysis of data to provide insights into customer behaviours, segmentations.
- Work with Digital Content person to produce materials for EDM, SMS, Chatbot, … in CRM journey

2. CORPWEB MANAGEMENT
- Work with Digital Manger to develop strategy of corporate website to ensure the user experience on website is the best in class and trigger the purchase intent
- Mainly be responsible for building website layout/ design, UI/ UX and CMS
- Work with Digital Content person and Designers to implement brand images & content on website
- Do the website health track reporting in periodical times
- Analyse the website reports to outline actionable optimization on website.
- Worked directly with Digital Media person to drive and optimize Search performance.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA FANPAGE
- Have the ownership role of Facebook fanpage/ Zalo Official Account/ Instagram page
- Coordinate with Digital Content person to update Social pages with daily content update.
- Monitor social media page by weekly/ monthly/ quarterly report with data-driven mindset to share the feedback back to Content team.

4. D2C WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
- Work closely with Digital Commerce person to open the D2C website from scratch to sell Good Food products to end-customers
- Develop and build website user flow and CMS system
- Work closely with Digital Commerce person on display the promotion schemes on website
- Work closely with Digital Content & Digital Commerce person for website content & visual

A. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- At least 2 years working experience in CRM, data, website development
- At least 1 year working experience in data-driven projects
- Digital Marketing understanding is required.
- Have experience with CRM platforms.

- Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview.
