Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Deputy General Manager to join our team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Factory General Manager in overseeing all aspects of factory operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. 

Job Description:

• Assist the Factory General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve production targets and operational objectives.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and business partners.
• Provide leadership and guidance to department managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, implementing appropriate measures to maintain a safe working environment
• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and expenses while maximizing resource utilization.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement activities, optimizing inventory levels and supplier relationships.
• Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, implementing quality control measures and ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions to improve productivity and competitiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on factory performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. 

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Vietnamese, Chinese and English.
• Proven track record of successfully managing factory operations, driving process improvements, and achieving production targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), or ISO standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Vietnam local regulations is preferred.

• Được hỗ trợ cơm trưa, nhà ở, xăng xe, chuyên cần.
• Phụ cấp ngoại ngữ (tiếng Trung): 500,000 (VND) to 1,200,000 (VND)
• Phụ cấp 1,500,000 (VND) nhà ở cho nhân viên ngoại tỉnh.
• Được tham gia BHXH, BHYT theo quy định của Luật Lao Động
