Data Science Lead

• Lead the data science team in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Define project roadmap, technical architecture, and delivery plans.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Guide mid-level data scientists, provide technical direction and code reviews.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with insurance/financial domain requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science/AI/ML projects, with leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on skills with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or generative AI.
• Experience working in insurance or financial services domain is required or strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

• Fully remote working (follow Vietnam working time)
• Secure a 6-month contract with potential for extension
• Net salary (PIT is covered by the company)
