- Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value

- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties

- Manage the due dilligence process during the fund raising rounds.

- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports

- Answers questions and provide proper information on the company’s financials and business operations to investors and shareholders

- Prepare presentation slides and reports for the management team to meet investors and stakeholders.

- Work with legal counsel and work on legal procedures to ensure compliance on regulatory matters

Required degree/experience

• Bachelor degree, majoring in Information System, etc.
• Experience: 1-2 years working as a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence (~1 years as Business Intelligence/Analyst in eCommerce, Retail is preferable)
• Strong logical, critical thinking and solving problems.
• Skilled in SQL and Excel.
• Team work skill.

Required qualities/abilities

• Proficiency with BigQuery, data visualization tools (Google Data Studio|Looker Studio) is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment (Entrepreneurial spirit and start-up mindset).
• Process Systematization Mindset : Have to work with multiple data sources and many new features.
• Analytical Skills: can work with large amounts of numerical data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
• Critical Thinking: have to explore the numbers, trends, signal and submit conclusions based on the findings.
• Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
