- Nhập thông tin lên Google Sheet và phần mềm kế toán Misa

- Rà soát giá bán, giảm giá, hoa hồng, hạn mức công nợ từng đơn hàng kinh doanh gửi lên nhóm để xác nhận điều kiện xuất hàng. Đối chiếu phiếu xuất kho với chứng từ để duyệt Biên bản giao hàng trên phần mềm.

- Đối chiếu giữa kho kế toán và kho thực tế kiểm kê. Kiểm tra số lượng nhập xuất tồn.

- Kiểm tra điều kiện để xuất hóa đơn VAT và ký hóa đơn bán hàng đúng thời điểm của cơ quan thuế; thu thập các chứng từ bán hàng đính kèm để phục vụ công tác thanh kiểm tra.

- Theo dõi hàng trả về, kiểm tra và xác nhận lỗi bộ phận chịu trách nhiệm.

- Hạch toán kiểm tra nội dung, số tiền trên phiếu thu, chi.

- Theo dõi, hạch toán các khoản tiền gửi /UNC tài khoản ngân hàng.

- Lập báo cáo chi tiết công nợ phải thu; Tính tuổi nợ gửi công nợ cho Kinh doanh kiểm tra đối chiếu, đôn đốc nhắc nhở và hỗ trợ KD thu hồi công nợ quá hạn.

- Hỗ trợ kinh doanh lên đơn và chăm sóc khách hàng

- Thực hiện các công việc khác trong phạm vi công việc theo yêu cầu của CBQL.

• Enter data into Google Sheets and MISA accounting software.
• Review selling prices, discounts, commissions, and credit limits for each sales order sent to the group to confirm conditions for goods release. Reconcile warehouse delivery notes with supporting documents to approve the Delivery Report in the system.
• Reconcile accounting warehouse data with actual physical inventory. Check quantities of goods received, issued, and remaining in stock.
• Verify conditions for issuing VAT invoices and ensure invoices are signed at the correct timing required by tax authorities; collect supporting sales documents for inspection and audit purposes.
• Monitor returned goods, check, and confirm the responsible department for errors.
• Record and verify the details and amounts on receipts and payment vouchers.
• Monitor and record bank deposits/transfers (payment orders).
• Prepare detailed accounts receivable reports; calculate aging reports and send them to the Sales team for review, reconciliation, reminders, and support in collecting overdue debts.
• Support the sales team with order creation and customer service.
• Perform other tasks within the job scope as assigned by the Manager.

- Thu nhập: 9.000.000 – 11.000.000 VNĐ
