Job Description:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions.
- Design and implement new functionalities and improve existing processes.
- Customize D365 CRM to meet project-specific needs.
- Support integration activities with external systems and provide technical guidance.
- Assist in user training and prepare technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with D365 CRM, covering both technical and functional aspects.
- Solid knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and D365 CRM customization tools.
- Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Experience with end-to-end CRM implementation, including customer relationship management and data integration.
- Strong consulting and teamwork skills.
