We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at JMarkets. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Vietnamese clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns in their native language across various communication channels. This position plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction without relying on translation tools.
Responsibilities
- Handle any incoming customer inquiry within the set time range via different communication channels: live chat and tickets system
- Identify customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Manage standard inquiries in the ticket system and escalate the ones that require deeper investigation to the relevant department or specialist
Requirements
- Proficiency speaking and writing in Vietnamese and English
- Computer literacy
- Able to identify ways of solving the problem and present the solution in a verbal and written manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Own a laptop (Windows with a minimum of 8Gb RAM Memory or Apple Mac 2015 model onwards)
- Stable internet connection
