Job Description
- Resolve product and service-related issues by verifying complaints from customers; Determine the cause of the problem; Select and explain the best solution; Immediate repair or adjustment; Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
- Collect and classify customer problems
- Support customers during product operation (ERP)
- Proposing solutions when there is a change in requirements from customers (CRs)
- Report to the manager
- University graduate in a subject-related field is preferred
- 1 year of experience in a similar position( Knowledge of ERP is an advantage)
- Good communication skill
- Good analytical skills
- Good reading and understanding skills in English
