- Support and make report required by Supervisors/ Manager.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications
- Writing and post information to Social networks

- Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – IELTS: 6.5+
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, foreign languages is an advantage
- Fresher priority
- Knowing how to write content is an advantage
