Job Description:

• Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to develop and implement customer success strategies that enhance project progress and team performance.
• Manage project leads by providing ongoing support, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate project deliverables with internal teams such as Business Development, Technical, Finance and Legal to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Conduct regular internal team check-ins to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address any concerns.
• Assist with the preparation of customer success reports, including metrics analysis and trend identification.
• Support the Customer Success Team in developing training materials and delivering training sessions to new customers.
• Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirement:

• You are a junior/senior/fresher of university in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights from it.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
