Job Description
- Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
- Update information on the system.
- Perform other duties as required by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), JLPT N2 and above
- Graduated High School or higher education.
- Having working experience in E- commerce industry
- Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
- Loud & clear voice.
