Customer Care

  • Provide Product knowledge to customer.
  • Assist customers with any product related inquiry.
  • Add-on any additional purchase request for customer.
  • Receive information and support customer care, resolve warranty complaints of customers.
  • Track the status of warranted products at Authorized Service Centers and give feedback back to customers.
  • Coordinate delivery in and out of warranty spare parts

Reports - Statistics

  • Pickup/Return warrant products report
  • Spare part report (Under Warranty/Service charge)
  • Revenue/Expense Reporting
  • Monthly cooperate with the Authorized Service Provider to statistics common defects of the product to send feedback to the manufacturer about common failures.
  • Make reports on the rate of warranty goods, response progress, warranty goods, repair quality ... of Authorized Service Centers
  • Monitor the warranty rate on time and overdue.
  • Update changes in the manufacturer's warranty and maintenance policy to the Authorized Service Provider.
  • Information to Manager about abnormal incidents, batch errors, critical errors ... to have a quick handling plan, avoid losses and affect customer psychology.
  • Perform other work as required by line management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in charge of Customer service position. Experience in the electronics industry or small home appliances is preferred.
  • Knowledge: qualified in electrical, electronic, refrigeration engineering.
  • Be able to communicate in Japanese or English (N3 or Intermediate level)
  • Skills: Proficient in office informatics,
  • Honesty, meticulousness, care, and enthusiasm. 
  • Fast handling in all situations at work.
