Job Description
- Handling and multitasking all requests, customer’s inquiries (questions, complaints, requests) via Live chat/ Email/ Phone Call or any company available communication tools
- To respond, escalate, follow up, endorse and help resolve pending inquiries, requests and complaints
- To ensure reliability to be able to provide 24/7 customer service all the time
- Recommending, suggesting ideas, feedback, etc. contribute to and develop and implement work improvement initiatives or business objectives
- Coordinating with other departments to pursue important issues and to find out root causes
- Assisting on data taking, providing daily, weekly or monthly data consolidation, analysis on report when required
- Provide timely information to Team Leader whenever there are critical issues to report.
- Finished at least High School Diploma
- At least 6 months or above of working experience in customer service.
- Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft-platform applications
- Can work in shifting and/or night schedule
