We're Hiring: Recruitment Marketing Intern (Remote)

About the Role

As a Recruitment Marketing Intern, you'll join our vibrant Talent Marketing team and work closely across departments to drive meaningful recruitment campaigns and employer branding. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and HR practices in the digital era.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract the right candidates.
• Create recruitment content and develop employer brand presence for 3 major job platforms:

• Design visuals using templates for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and websites.
• Track and analyze user engagement data across platforms.
• Perform basic SEO tasks under guidance.
• Post job ads on various recruitment platforms.
• Support in initial screening and candidate interviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, HR, Languages, or related fields.
• Passion for communication, especially recruitment marketing.
• Good content writing skills and creativity, with a youth-friendly tone of voice.
• Basic knowledge of design/video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Proactive, responsible, curious, and willing to learn.
• Able to commit at least 2 months, ~3–4 hours/day, 5 days/week (or flexible based on task progress).
• Good English communication skills.
• Own a personal laptop.
