- Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the senior management team and the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with other executives to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.

- Financial Management:

• Oversee the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports, and present findings to the management team and stakeholders.
• Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.
• Implement robust financial controls and risk management procedures.

- Financial Operations:

• Supervise the finance department, including accounting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant laws.
• Monitor financial transactions, review financial statements, and conduct regular audits.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

- Strategic Decision Making:

• Assess the financial viability of new projects, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to support decision-making processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial resources.

- Investor Relations and Capital Management:

• Collaborate with investors and shareholders, providing accurate financial information and addressing inquiries.
• Manage capital structure, fundraising activities, and debt/equity financing.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or a senior finance executive within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sector in Vietnam, including regulatory requirements and industry dynamics.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, accounting principles, and taxation.
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages.
