We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team! As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing & prospective clients by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
- Develop and implement action plans.
- Work with technical, NPD, R&D team where required to address customer requirements.
- Perform public presentations, demonstrations, and such activities to target audiences.
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
- Constantly collect, analyse, and report market information, feedback, and intelligence.
- Support accounting department for payments/debts collection.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
- Good relationship and have strong customer database, especially Horeca.
- Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies. ✓ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.

- Bilingual with proficiency in English speaking and writing is a plus.
