Business Development Manager

1. JOB OBJECTIVES:

●     Develop and implement business development strategies across infrastructure, environmental, real estate, and industrial park projects;

●     Identify potential investment opportunities and support project development activities (including PPP, private projects, and partnerships);

●     Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, partners, and investors.

2. MAIN DUTIES:

●     Identify and follow up on potential projects and investment opportunities;

●     Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and project screening;

●     Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during project development;

●     Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, partners, and investors;

●     Participate in meetings, workshops, and networking events;

●     Support collaboration with consultants, financial institutions, and project stakeholders;

●     Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams during project development;

●     Assist in preparing key documents and reports for management and partners.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Investment, or related fields.

Experience:

●     3–6 years of experience in business development, investment, or project development;

●     Experience in infrastructure, real estate, industrial parks, or environmental sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

●     Good communication and relationship-building skills;

●     Basic understanding of investment and project development processes;

●     Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities;

●     Fluent in English (Korean is a plus).
