Business Development Executive (KOL Booking)

1. Find and Recruit Creators (70%)

• Research, find and build a database of ideal creator profiles (e.g., streamers, VTubers, cosplayers, lifestyle influencers, etc.).
• Directly contact creators and recruit them to be on our platform
• Negotiate agreements or contracts with creators for long-term partnership.

2. Onboarding Creators (20%)

3. Marketing Activities (10%)

• Manage our client’s social media presence
• Execute other tasks assigned by the line manager or headquarters

Job Requirement

• 1-3 years of experience in the Creator industry, such as working with Cosplayers, Livestreamers, VTubers, Gamers, Lifestyle Influencers etc
• Understand the creator economy and its monetization models (donations, memberships, digital content etc)
• Able to speak and write English
• Sales and negotiation skills for recruiting Creators
• Marketing and communication skills
