As a Business Analyst/ Tech Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution and management of our web and mobile-based product. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that user events such as promotions, tournaments, and campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure seamless event execution while monitoring product performance and resolving any technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the technical setup, deployment, and monitoring of user events, ensuring smooth operation across web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on event objectives, schedules, and promotion strategies, ensuring technical readiness for all campaigns.
• Implement, track, and optimize live events, ensuring technical infrastructure supports campaign goals and delivers an engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to event functionality or user experience.
• Monitor product performance during events, using analytics to assess user engagement and operational success, and provide post-event reports and insights.
• Ensure all event-related configurations are correctly implemented in the back-end systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Participate in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the platform to support event operations, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and gaming technologies, ensuring our events incorporate the best possible solutions.
• Provide technical support to both internal teams and users during live events and post-launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve the user experience and identify opportunities for new event features or improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven at least 2 years of experience in technical operations/ business analyst, with a strong focus on managing software systems or platforms.
• Background in gaming or familiarity with gaming ecosystems, with an understanding of how events drive user engagement in the gaming industry.
• Marketing knowledge base with experience supporting event-driven campaigns or promotions.
• Proficiency with event management tools, CMS platforms, and backend systems (experience with custom CMS solutions is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during live events.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Bonus points

• Experience with data analysis and reporting, including using tools like Google Analytics or SQL to monitor event performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems is a plus
