• Develop a strong understanding of project domain knowledge and business processes
• Communicate effectively with Japanese clients via meetings, emails, and chat to discuss project progress, issues, and business requirements (including technical aspects)
• Translate project documentation between Japanese and Vietnamese (JP ↔ VN)
• Support, mentor, and guide junior team members
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department

Requirements

Must have:

• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above
• Minimum of 2 years of experience communicating fluently with Japanese clients in IT projects
• Basic IT knowledge (e.g., IT Passport, FE certification, or proficiency in at least one programming language)
• Candidates without certification are required to obtain the IT Passport within 1 year of joining
• Commitment to long-term project engagement (at least 2–3 years)

Nice to have:

• Experience studying or working in Japan; JLPT N1 certification is a plus
• Ability to quickly grasp project business domains or manage small teams (around 5 members)
• Willingness to participate in short-term onsite assignments (3–6 months) for requirement gathering before transitioning to offshore work
• Proactive attitude with strong self-learning capability
• Energetic, adaptable, and able to foster team cohesion

• Working hours: Check-in at 8:30 AM, no check-out required
