• Serve as the main communication bridge between Japanese clients and internal development teams
• Participate in daily project discussions, meetings, emails, and system-based communication in Japanese
• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
• Communicate feedback, changes, and updates between stakeholders in both directions
• Support system analysis and propose appropriate technical solutions aligned with client expectations
• Contribute to documentation such as requirement specifications, design documents, and test cases (Japanese/English as needed)
• Ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across all phases of project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related fields
• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher (fluent communication required)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as System Engineer / Developer / BrSE
• Strong hands-on experience with C# development (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of SQL and database operations
• Ability to analyze business requirements and create technical documentation
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with Japanese clients
• Good logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in client-facing environment
