Job Description

  • Act as a bridge between the development team in Vietnam and Japanese customers.
  • Conduct exchanges, negotiate and analyze detailed documentation with customers, ask questions to clarify requirements, and explain to the development team.
  • Control progress, and manage project types such as Web-application systems (using Ruby, PHP, Java, C++, C#). Smartphone-based applications (iOS, Android, Unity)
  • Support JP PM in controlling progress, managing projects, and solving arising problems.
  • Provide advice and update progress to customers throughout the product development process
  • Participate in training and personnel development activities, and contribute to building corporate culture as required by direct management.

Requirements:

Skills:

  • Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication
  • Ability to manage overall projects (planning, managing and controlling within the project scope)
  • Ability to manage progress (planning, maintaining and controlling project schedules)
  • Ability to analyze system and business requirements
  • Ability to build teams and train staff is an advantage

Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of software development, ability to analyze system and business requirements
  • Understanding of Japanese culture and working style is an advantage

Experience:

  • 3 years or more of experience in the position of BrSE or equivalent positions.
  • Experience working with the Agile/Scrum model is an advantage
  • Experience managing large projects is an advantage
