Bridge System Engineer (Japanese N2)

• Analyze requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions and provide estimates to the customer.
• Manage all project requirements on the Vietnam side and assist the development team in clarifying if any are unclear.
• Maintain communication with the customer through phone calls, web meetings, and ticket systems, addressing all project-related inquiries and issues.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor and control the project, reporting status and progress to the customer on a daily or weekly basis.
• Translate detailed designs and test cases between Japanese and English as needed.
• Participate in the final testing to ensure that the delivery meets customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese at N2 level or higher, with strong communication skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) for an offshore company, with an understanding of Japanese work culture.
• Strong negotiation skills to handle customer discussions related to work content, quality, and schedule.
• Knowledge of the software development process and outsourcing.
• The ability to read and comprehend technical specifications in English is an advantage.
