Bridge System Engineer

• Participate in Requirement definition and analysis with producers in Japan
• Work alongside other engineers in teams to promote technology and ensure consistency in accordance with industry best practices
• Engineer management (progress management, task management, personnel management, etc.)
• Implementation instructions to an offshore destination
• Escalate issues and consultations from the Philippines to the Japanese development team
• Feedback on deliverables (source code, test results)
• Analysis of requirements & task related to Coding, Implementation /Operation/Maintenance

• Excellent in Japanese speaking and writing and reading (N2-N1 level with excellent communication skills)
• Had at least 3 years of experience working as a bridge system engineer
• Experience with web development framework: HTML/CSS, Javascript
• Technical background is required
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, new technologies
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• To be honest in communication with clients/team/managers is a must
• Required to have a wide range of roles and responsibilities
