Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE/Japanese N2)

• Guarantee that every project is completed within scope and on schedule.
• Help define the goals and scope of the project, involving all pertinent parties and guaranteeing technical viability.
• Assign project duties to each member's unique skills, skill set, and expertise
• Manage risk to reduce project risks
• Monitor project performance, with a focus on analyzing the accomplishment of both short and long-term objectives
• Generate and preserve thorough project documentation
• Report and escalate to management when necessary
• Handle all stakeholder and client relationships.
• Meet with clients to obtain thorough ordering briefings and to discuss the particular requirements of each project
• Manage modifications to the project scope, timeline, and budget by employing the proper methodologies for verification;
• Verify the availability and distribution of resources.

Development Environment:

• Backend: Ruby (on Rails), Go, Amazon Aurora (MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
• Frontend: Nuxt.js/Vue.js, ReactJS
• Mobile App: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
• Deploy/ Build: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub Actions

Requirements:

Must have:

• More than 2 years of experience as a Bridge Software Engineer
• Japanese language N2 or more
• Proficiency in testing online and mobile applications using quality assurance techniques (preferable)
• Expertise in quality assurance work on testing web and mobile applications (preferable)
• Sympathy with the goals and principles of Andpad.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration abilities with a proactive and autonomous focus
• Logical thinking skills and the capacity to function under duress
• Innovative, well-organized, and able to handle several jobs at once.

Nice to have:

• Capable of understanding trends and exploring emerging technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Go, Vue.js, ReactJS, Kotlin, Swift, and Flutter.
• 3 years or more of experience developing software in the particular "development environment."
